Scheduled reports in TextMaster are a valuable tool for staying informed about your account’s activity without the need for manual checks. These reports can be customized to provide detailed insights into your projects, transactions, and overall usage, and they can be delivered directly to your email on a regular basis.
Navigate to the "Scheduled Reports" Section: After logging into your TextMaster account, go to the "Scheduled Reports" section. This is where you can configure and manage your scheduled reports.
Click on "Schedule a new report": To set up a new report, click on the "Schedule a new report" button. This will open the report configuration form where you can specify the details of the report you want to receive.
Select report type: TextMaster offers several types of reports that you can schedule:
Launched Projects Report: Provides details on all projects launched from your account.
Transactions Report: Summarizes all transactions made from your account, including credit purchases and project expenses.
Info: If you're part of an organization, you will also find these same report types for the whole organization.
Set the report frequency:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Quarterly
Yearly
Choose the frequency that best suits your needs. For instance, daily reports are useful for active accounts with frequent projects, while monthly reports might be better for a general overview.
Add recipients: Enter the email addresses of the recipients who should receive the report. You can add multiple recipients, which is useful if the report needs to be shared with team members, managers, or other stakeholders.
Save to activate the report: Once you have configured all the settings, click "Save" to activate the scheduled report. Your report will now be generated and sent according to the frequency you’ve selected.
Tips: Run a scheduled report manually to generate the latest report now, without waiting for its due date.
By configuring and effectively utilizing scheduled reports, you can stay on top of your TextMaster account activities and ensure that your projects and resources are being managed efficiently.
