Navigate to the "Dashboard" or "Projects" section: Once logged into your TextMaster account, go to the "Dashboard" or the "Projects" section by using the sidebar on the left.
Click on "New Project": Look for the "New Project" button and click on it to initiate the project creation process.
Tips: You can also find the "New Project" button in the sidebar.
Name your project: Give your project a clear and descriptive name that will help you easily identify it later.
Choose your language: Select the language in which the copywriting will be done.
Choose your category: Choose the category that best fits your project’s content, such as marketing, legal, technical, etc.
Add a detailed briefing: Provide a comprehensive briefing for the copywriter. This should include the purpose of the content, the target audience, key messages, tone of voice, and any specific instructions or references that will guide the copywriting process. The more detailed your brief, the better the outcome.
Click on "Add Text" to create individual copywriting tasks within the project. For each task:
Title: Assign a title to the task.
Word count: Specify the expected number of words.
+/- 10%: This rule provides a flexible word count range. The writer is allowed to vary the content's word count by up to 10% above or below your specified word count. For example, if you set a target of 500 words, the writer could submit content anywhere between 450 and 550 words.
Min X: This rule sets a strict minimum word count for the content. The writer must ensure that the text is not shorter than the minimum word count specified. For instance, if the minimum is set to 300 words, any content below that threshold will not be accepted.
Max Y: This rule establishes a maximum word count, meaning the content should not exceed a certain number of words. It sets a cap to ensure the writer stays within your guidelines. For example, if the maximum is set at 800 words, the writer must ensure the final content does not go over this limit.
Keywords: Include any important keywords that should be integrated into the content (optional).
Upload support files: In addition to written instructions, you can upload reference documents, style guides, or any other files that will assist the copywriter.
Level of expertise: Choose the level of expertise required for the project (Standard, Enterprise, or Expert).
Additional options: You can opt for extra services such as urgent delivery, or assigning the project to your preferred TextMasters.
Set Deadlines: Specify the delivery date for each task, ensuring that it aligns with your project timeline.
Save or launch the project: Once all details are entered, you can either save the project to finalize later or launch it immediately by clicking "Order". Upon launching, credits will be automatically deducted from your account, and copywriters will be notified.
