Sharing credits across different accounts within your organization is a key feature that allows for seamless collaboration and ensures that all team members have the necessary resources to complete their projects. This guide will walk you through the process of sharing credits with other accounts, ensuring that your team can work together efficiently without any interruptions due to funding issues.
If you have several accounts on TextMaster, you can purchase credits on your main account and then allocate or send these credits to your sub-accounts. This allows all team members to access the necessary resources to complete their projects, ensuring smooth and continuous workflow across your organization.
Navigate to the account settings: After logging into your TextMaster account, click on your profile picture or username in the top-right corner to open the drop-down menu. Select "Share my credits" from the options available.
Create a new invitation: Click "New Invitation" to share your credits. Enter the email address to search for the person and click "Search." If the account exists, click "Invite" to create the collaborative link.
The invited person will receive an invitation.
Once accepted, your accounts will be linked, and you can start sending credits to them. You can manage the status of your invitations in the listing.
Send credits to sub-account: To send credits, click the "Give credits" button next to the person's name. A dialog will appear where you can enter the amount of credits to send.
Undo the link: To remove a sub-account, simply click the "Undo link" button in front of the person you wish you remove.
By following these steps, you can easily share credits across accounts within your organization, facilitating collaboration and ensuring that all projects are adequately funded. This feature is particularly useful for larger teams or organizations managing multiple projects simultaneously.
